The bag is now exactly as expected! Same as described by seller.It arrived on time but with some sticky guck on the front, which I did not know what to do with. I contacted the seller who offered me certain recommendations on how to clean it, and immediately offered me a return if I was unhappy with the purchase. Sarah was extremely helpful and was quick to communicate with me both times that I wrote to her. She could only thing that may be something happened in the transport, which was the case all I had to do was scrub off the sticky substance, and my purse was beautiful and shiny. I must say that I love this new bag. I love the look love the size and the workmanship I would definitely recommend this shop.
